Candidates for NYS office won’t commit to kill UnSafe Act Funding

***YOUTUBE–At a recent Dutchess County NY tea party town hall meeting, we asked NYS candidates for office if they would pledge not to vote for a budget that contains NY Safe Act enforcement funding. (The NY Safe Act violates the peoples Constitutional, Civil, Human and Natural Rights by banning commonly used firearms.) Michael Kelsey candidate for NY- 106th Assembly District and Sue Serino candidate for NY-41 Senate District would not make that commitment, while Mayor John Tkazyik of Poughkeepsie would, however he is no longer running for state office. In my opinion, all candidates for NY state office should be asked this question, so we the people may hold candidates accountable for NY UNSAFE Act funding and enforcement.–Wappingers Falls, New York July 1, 2014
